Objectives

5. Inviting various Industries to hold Campus Interviews and
6. To place the maximum students and thereby Uplift their families

How we make it happen...!

Basically started to develop various soft skills required along with education in this era so as to make the students able to be independent. Since we are having mostly the traditional courses we cannot make our students to stand directly in the market rather we are to create the market for them.

Since 2005-06 we are striving hard to make this Cell improve every year and it’s a proud feeling thing that till date we are having around 210 placements for simply final year appeared and passed B.Sc., B.Com.

And B.A. In various companies/Banks like Apex Lab Ltd. Chennai , ICICI Mumbai , Kirloskar Oil Engines, Pune , Bajaj Allianz life insurance Company ltd. , HDFC Standard Life , In Orbit HR Solutions, Mumbai, Mahindra Finance Ltd.,Synergy Engg. And Env. Solutions, Mumbai ,Infosys BPO ltd. and recently Catholik Syrian Bank on 30th July 2013 in Incampus .(Campus conducted solely by us) while in off campus (Where the students were sent outside to attend interviews) we have selection of the students in the companies like Cognizent Tech. Solutions, Pune, Progeon (Sister Concern of Infosys) ,Wipro BPO Solutions Ltd, Pune, Wipro Ltd. and Tech Mahindra Ltd.

Apart from these 210 placements done through Placement Cell

Many more students from almost all faculties and both the Wings [UG and PG] are Placed in Banks/Railways / Police/ Revenue/ LIC/Army and Different Industries.

As a Part of the Practice we are short listing the students from various faculties through our committee members and conducting their sessions, we try to polish their skills wherein the parameters like Communication Skills, Presentation Skills Personality Development, GDs and Personal Interviews are taken care. Now it has become a regular practice and we are observing that the things are getting better.

The change we are observing...!

• Yes! We are observing the great impact of the practice. First and foremost is that we are succeeded in creating faith in students themselves that the courses they are doing at our institution are also competent to provide them the jobs. (Because we believe in what you are doing is not important ...How you are doing matters!).
• Around 30-40% students are approaching at their own and asking for the openings.
• Getting good response for the Aptitude Tests than before
